Built like a manufacturer, run like a small team.

The idea
A customer shouldn’t have to choose between the process discipline of a large manufacturer and the responsiveness of a smaller shop, so we invested in both.
| A manufacturer’s process | A small shop’s speed |
|---|---|
| MRP: estimating, materials, production, and records in one system | Quotes priced from a calibrated database of past jobs, in days |
| Serialized, torque-sealed production, labeled at the wire, the terminal, and the device | Decisions made the same day by the people who build it |
| Automated wire processing from the drawings | Brand chosen from what distribution can deliver on the date |
| Controlled documentation with defined testing and FAT | Changes absorbed under revision control instead of a change-order process |
We say yes differently
We do our best work when the schedule or the application is hard.
Our best work tends to have a reason behind it:
- The schedule matters
- The application is unusual
- The existing design needs work
- A large-scale supplier declined it
- Existing equipment must be modified in the shop
- The customer needs a manufacturing partner
- The project needs someone to think before they build
We want to be the company customers call when the standard answer stops working.
Fair questions
What buyers ask before they work with a shop our size.
Big enough to run a documented, repeatable manufacturing process, and small enough that the people quoting your project are the same people who will build it. Our capabilities are shaped by our network, process, and skill set, not our square footage.
No, and we don’t try to. We build in the brand the spec names, and we often work alongside the same manufacturers, filling the non-standard, time-sensitive gaps that don’t fit their production model.
Yes. Repeat production and scaling are exactly what our documented, MRP-driven process is built for.
